Circumstances: Zoe was last seen on Sunday, November 17, 2013. She texted her mother to say she was on the way to pick her up. Zoe never arrived. Four days later, family saw her car being driven by an unidentified person. The family followed the car to an apartment complex where the driver ran away and was no longer in the area when police arrived. The FBI has joined in on the investigation.
